Been frustrated these few days in office,hate ppl who like to complain jus becos of small matter. Fed up with my this account colleague, we argue over work & we already decide we will tell my sales manager together the issue the next day on how to resolve, but like will make her die just to wait for the next day to tell. How cum got this kind of person?? Told her will say together, bt now what she did make me more furious, if she have not tell my sales manager beforehand I can totally forget about it. Bt frm e way she did makes me more dislike her, I understand working in one company, sales & account alws have argument over work...its natural.So since is common, why did she need to do that behind my back, makes my blood boil when I talk abt this person. If anything not happy, say in frnt of me lah, no need to so fast action go and tell my sales manager wat. No guts to quarrel with me ar u, realli despise this kind of person. I'm that kind of person in work if not happy with e other party I will show out rather than keep inside e heart then at e back backstab u, sorri I tink have to use that word to describe my this colleague. I will still continue to work in this company as I like my wrk & environment,I will not becos of this colleague and choose to leave this company. We will still talk abt work, bt one ting is definetly I will nt smile to her when I see her everiday. Search your conscience, do you tink what you did is right by telling my sales manager beforehand? Nvm, God is seeing what you did!
